Parliament
passes Codex food law that permits police to trespass, seize
private property without warrant
The
Canadian Parliament lead by Harper and the Conservative party
recently passed its own form of legislation S. 510, the
draconian U.S. "food safety" bill that threatens to eliminate
the freedom to grow, sell and buy clean food. Bill C-36,
deceitfully branded by the Canadian mainstream media as a
"consumer protection" law, is actually part of the larger CODEX
Alimentarius food tyranny plan. Health Canada inspectors and
police no longer require a warrant to enter private property in
Canada.
When the
Minister of Health and mainstream media parrot the propaganda
for this Bill, that Health Canada does not currently have the
power to order recalls, what they really mean is that Health
Canada does not currently have the power to issue secret orders
to take control over private property without independent court
supervision. With the passing of Bill C-36 Health Canada now
has the power to issue secret recall orders – they are
specifically exempted from publication and review under the
Statutory Instruments Act – they are not authorized or
supervised by an independent body.
A sample
of the unconstitutional restrictions included in bill C-36
include “to keep us safe:”
-
abolishing protection from trespass, a court-ordered warrant,
and the need for court-supervised search and seizure;
- on
ONLY suspicion, health inspectors with the aid of police can
invade any location in the country, seize and confiscate goods
deemed unsafe (i.e. health supplements) and violate all
constitutional rights of all parties involved
- it
bypasses existing laws on privacy and confidentiality and
explicitly exempts the Minister of Health and government
inspectors from any kind of third-party oversight and
accountability;
-
accused individuals have their access to the courts seriously
limited, even the assumption of innocence is gone as violators
are considered guilty until proven innocent with no recourse to
any court of law.
Safety
is the justification used throughout history to restrict
freedom. It works because when we believe that our families are
in danger there is little we will not do to protect them,
including giving up our freedoms. Maybe it time to dust off our
copies of Orwell’s 1984 and reread the section referring to the
“Ministry of Truth,” which in Orwell’s book was responsible for
deceiving the public. It certainly is food for thought.
